I’ve recently made a “right turn” in my life. I thought I was having a healthy lifestyle as I was vegetarian, no smoking, occasional drinks, walking, swimming for exercise, however, my cholesterol was increasing, I was gaining weight, having mood swings due to depression and menopause symptoms, low self-esteem and self-confidence. I was taking few tablets and their side effect didn’t help. I knew that I needed to change something in my life, but did not know what.
